What is a non-negotiable for you in ACL rehab? 

Passing all confidence and psychological tests (I-PRRS, ACL-RSI) and achieving >98% on RTS strength and athlete specific testing

Why do you support THE ACL CLUB? 

I love any and all communities that help out the psychological aspect of this unique population, it's an extremely long and arduous journey for ACLers and resources like this give people hope!
