2. READ - Favorite book Post ACL surgery--Unbroken by Laura Hillenbrand. Even if you have seen the movie, the book portrays a story of perserverence, courage, and leaves you feeling like you can do anything. Read the book then watch the movie 😊
3. JOURNAL - writing down how you feel and what you are doing during your rehab is a huge mental release. Use a pen and a Journal! Believe me this is the way to go (people are always asking what they can do for you, ask for a journal. Here are some cool ones)
4. GET ARTSY - Using your creativity to do something you don't usually do. Write poetry, paint, draw, or do some of these adult coloring books.
5. BINGE ON NETFLIX - You get a FREE MONTH if you don't already have it...so use that free month as you are resting!
